Actual tears in my eyes after reading the final book in the International School series. Fleur and her happy ending is beyond beautiful.I am flying. My emotions are flying. I am in love. Everything about French Kissed got me hooked from the first page until the very end. Fleur, being the "Ice Queen" that she was in the first two books, has finally loosen up and she showed more heart in this book. I really loved her! She's class but still human. Also, Max is such a dream guy. His circumstances in life made him a little bit insecure and an underdog beside Fleur's sparkling life but he's wit, confidence and heart made up for the money. I couldn't imagine a more perfect partner for Fleur beside him.
"I love you."
I wasn't going to say it first. But then I realized that Max told me he loved me every time he kissed me, every time he held me. With every smile, every look, every word.
So f it. I felt it, so I said it.
"I love you too."
My eyes closed as I drowned in his words.
This was when I started crying. Everything around me drowned out, everything was magical, sparkling and perfect. See? I became so poetic and all romantic because of this book. I couldn't get enough of it and I know it's too early for this review but I am gonna re-read this and relieve the enchanting feelings of love between Fleur and Max on the actual release.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I adored this book. ADORED and will reread it endlessly and recommend it to anyone who wants a sweet, hot, touching read.
After reading London Falling, I couldn't wait for Fleur's story. This book doesn't disappoint. Yes, it is hot, but the characters and their story are well developed and pull you in.
If you're looking for a sweet, well written story with a side of heat, look no further.
I really enjoyed reading the International School Series - I like it when the writer can grab your attention in the beginning of the book and keep you interested in reading it - to where you can't put it down.
Such a great series ender! I loved Fleur from book one, so it was awesome to see her get her happy ending.

The Review
French Kissed is the last book in the International School series by Chanel Cleeton. I was very excited that Fleur was given her own story and I couldn’t wait to see how it played out. But before I launch into my review I have two words for you THE EPILOGUE!!! Oh my freaking bookish goodness! I was so very happy that Cleeton included that epilogue. If you’ve read French Kissed, you’d understand my inner happy dance at that ending. I was just smiling ear to ear!
OK now that I’ve got that off my chest, let’s talk the actual story. French Kissed follows Fleur’s senior year at the International School in London. She’s had a rough few years and now she’s just hoping she can graduate. Fleur’s guarded and puts on a mask of perfection, while deep inside she’s just as vulnerable and flawed as everyone else around. The only one who seems to see past her facade is her ex-boyfriend’s best friend, Max. Saying Fleur and Max don’t get along could be an considered an understatement, but after being paired together for a school project things begin to change. Suddenly, Fleur can’t think of anyone but Max.
Max is gearing up for the most important interviews of his life during his senior year at the International School. Landing a job right out of school in the prodigious financial district of London would prove to everyone back home that he could succeed and fulfill his dream. Then, he gets partnered with Fleur in a school project. Although they’ve always been at odds with each other, Fleur has always been the girl Max wanted to be with. Soon sparks begin to fly and Max can only think of Fleur.
While things begin to heat up, disaster is just around the corner. Soon Fleur’s past is threatening her future with Max and Max is doubting he could ever fit into Fleur’s world. In the end will they get their happy ending?

Leave it to Cleeton to not only provide a steamy read full of chemistry, but also a drama-filled novel that can only come out of the International School setting she created.
What I loved most about this novel was being able to see Fleur as a more developed character. She was such a strong secondary character in Maggie and Samir’s story in both I See London and London Falling. However, with this novel we actually get to delve deeper into her character as the story revolves around her and Max. It was great being able to see Fleur actively working on changing and becoming the person she wanted to be. We also saw more of her flaws and the emotional upheaval she was still dealing with from the years prior. It made her more likable and I was able to connect with her more than when she was just a secondary character.
I also loved Max. He was the perfect type of person to pair Fleur with. His personality was just what she needed and they complimented each other well by the end. Max also had his own growing to do throughout the novel and it was great to see is revelation at the end. Cleeton did a wonderful job of bringing these two characters together and illustrating their relationship.
Fleur and Max’s story is definitely worth a read. Fleur very much deserved her own story and her own conclusion. Cleenton’s writing has proved once again that she can produce a witty, sexy and very real story! If I didn’t have to sleep, I’d have finished this novel in one day! Like her two stories before, I couldn’t put this one down. So if you’re in the mood for a great contemporary New Adult novel with a European setting then pick up this series ASAP! I will definitely be revising this series in the future as the characters were very memorable and the stories juicy and enjoyable.
I DO recommend that you read the first two book of this series before reading French Kissed. While this novel could technically be read as a standalone, there is so much background and storyline that takes place in the first two books. Without having some of this, I feel like the third book might be a bit confusing and turn some readers off. So I’d definitely recommend you read these novels in sequence!

My favorite of the International School series! Max and Fleur had such great chemistry. I'm a sucker for a good enemies to lovers book, and this one fit the bill. Max is sweet, down to earth and really balances out Fleur. Such a good story with a sizzling romance. I highly recommend to anyone who loves New Adult and contemporary romances.
I was so happy to see everyone back in this third and final book in the International School series. I loved the glimpses of Max and Fleur we got to see in London Falling, book 2 in the series, and knew halfway through I was going to need to read French Kissed. I couldn't wait to read their story. It wasn't nearly as angsty as I thought it was going to be and even though I was looking forward to the hate to love story a was glad it wasn't drawn out. This story was about recovery, acceptance and trust and it was great to see the Fleur you thought you knew become a character you could route for and like as a person. Max was sweet and understanding but still had strength enough to handle Fleur. The epilogue was so perfect! Letting us see the future of all the characters.
